
Zenju Earthlyn Manuel Osho, PhD, er Dharma-arving efter Zenkei Blanche Hartman, og Dharma-overførslen blev fuldendt af Shosan Victoria Austin. I 2012 fungerede Zenju som Shuso, eller hovedstuderende, på City Center under en praksisperiode ledet af den tidligere abbedisse Kiku Christina Lehnherr.
Zenju er forfatter til The Deepest Peace: Contemplations from a Season of Stillness, The Way of Tenderness: Awakening Through Race, Sexuality, and Gender (med forord af Charles Johnson), Tell Me Something About Buddhism (forord af Thich Nhat Hanh), som rummer poesi og illustrationer af Zenju, The Shamanic Bones of Zen: Revealing the Ancestral Spirit and Mystical Heart of a Sacred Tradition samt den nyeste Opening to Darkness: Eight Gateways for Being with the Absence of Light in Unsettling Times. Zenju Earthlyn har også samlet Seeds for a Boundless Life, en samling af Zenkei Blanche Hartmans undervisning (1926–2016).
